The update includes Microsoft Teams Support, allowing you to make online video meetings with ease, as well as Phone Channel Support, which enables booking of phone call appointments.
The Calendar Ticket Numbering feature helps resolve overbooking conflicts, while the Prevent Self-Booking of Specific Service Types option gives administrators greater control.
The permissions model has also been simplified, making it easier to access inboxes and process cases. Additionally, Croatian translations are now available for agent tools, and several bug fixes have been made to improve the overall performance.
