July Update: Cubu Embraces Connectivity and Customer Feedback


Greetings from the Cubu team! We're excited to introduce the recent updates we've rolled out this July, aimed at adding value and efficiency to your Cubu experience.

A key addition this month is our Server to Server (S2S) API. This new feature facilitates importing customer and appointment data directly into Cubu. S2S API is an essential step in making Cubu even more connected and versatile.


We also place tremendous value on the voice of our customers. That's why we've developed a new way for them to share their thoughts and experiences. With our latest feature, customers can give feedback on the services they've used directly through the platform. This straightforward process enables us to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' needs and desires.


The feedback feature is complemented by our new Customer Satisfaction Report, allowing you to review and analyze the feedback received. This data provides you with crucial insights into your performance and helps identify potential areas for improvement.
